Our property is located at 1306 SW Harrison St, in the heart of Topeka, KS. We completed a full remodel in the Fall of 2023, and we are now leasing studios and 1-bedroom units.Office Hours
Pet Policy
A Completed and Signed Pet Addendum MUST accompany EVERY lease where the tenant has a pet in the property for a period exceeding 24 hours (including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, or any other animals).
Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 pets permitted per property
- Maximum allowable weight of 35 lbs. per pet
Pet Rent
- $25.00 per month, per pet
Pet Fee
- $250.00 per pet
- This is a non-refundable fee and will not be returned.
- Pet fees are due prior to move-in or at lease renewal if a pet is being added at that time.
Undisclosed Pet Policy
Pets may not be added during the term of the lease. If an unauthorized pet is found residing on the property, it will result in a lease violation requiring removal of the pet and a $500.00 fine.
