Our apartment community is located at 10316 E. 63rd Street in Raytown, MO, directly across from the Raytown Animal Hospital. There are several local restaurants and shopping centers within minutes of the property. We completed a full property remodel in the summer of 2021 and are currently leasing 1 and 2 bedroom units!Office Hours
Pet Policy
A Completed and Signed Pet Addendum MUST accompany EVERY lease where the tenant has a pet in the property for a period exceeding 24 hours (including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, or any other animals).
Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 pets permitted per property
- Maximum allowable weight of 35 lbs. per pet
Pet Rent
- $25.00 per month, per pet
Pet Fee
- $250.00 per pet
- This is a non-refundable fee and will not be returned.
- Pet fees are due prior to move-in or at lease renewal if a pet is being added at that time.
Undisclosed Pet Policy
Pets may not be added during the term of the lease. If an unauthorized pet is found residing on the property, it will result in a lease violation requiring removal of the pet and a $500.00 fine.
