Overview

Our apartment community is located at 10309 E. 61st Street in Raytown, MO, directly next to Raytown High School and the Bus Garage. There are several restaurants and local shopping centers within minutes. We completed a full property remodel in the summer of 2021 and are currently leasing 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Pet Policy

A Completed and Signed Pet Addendum MUST accompany EVERY lease where the tenant has a pet in/on the property for a period exceeding 24 hours (including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, or any other animals). Unless previously approved by Operations Director There are a limit of two (2) pets per rental unit and a maximum allowable weight of thirty-- five (35) lbs. per pet.

Pet Rent

Unless previously approved by Operations Director, pet rent will be calculated as follows:

  • One pet 25 pounds or under: $25.00
  • One pet over 25 pounds: $50 per month
  • Two pets: $75 per month

Non Refundable Fee

A separate FEE is required from any tenant that has a pet NON-ESA pet. Unless previously approved by the Director of Operations, Pet Fee’s will be calculated as follows:

  • One pet 25 pounds or under: $250.00
  • One pet over 25 pounds: $300.00
  • Two pets: $400.00

As noted above this is a non refundable fee and will not be returned. Pet Fees are due PRIOR to move or on lease renewal if being added at that time.

Pets may NOT be added during the term of the lease, and if a non approved pet is found to be residing on property by management, it will will result in a lease violation requiring removal of the pet and a $500 Fine.
